Repeat guests, on autopilot.
Guests book in three taps, pick their artist, and hear from you again at exactly the right week — with reminders that mostly cost you nothing.
An AI concierge answers “will gel damage my nails?” at eleven at night, writes what it learned onto the guest record, and books the fill while it is answering.
Works for unmanned salons: the door code is issued with the confirmation and expires with the appointment. Dotted figures are placeholders — the owner confirms or deletes every one before this page goes live.
Two people are annoyed, and it is the same problem
One will not phone you. The other cannot chase her.
What the guest is thinking
- I am not installing another app for one salon.
- I would book right now if it did not mean phoning during their opening hours.
- I forget. Then I feel awkward about it and leave it another three weeks.
- I cannot remember what the colour was called, and I do not want to explain it again.
- I want Rin, but I do not know when Rin is in.
What the salon is thinking
- The booking sites charge us for a guest who was already ours.
- Two no-shows on a Saturday is the whole day's margin.
- Everyone drifts. Four weeks becomes six, six becomes ten, and then they are somebody else's.
- Shifts and nominations live in a paper diary that only one of us can read.
- A broadcast costs money and annoys the people who came in last week anyway.
- The DMs arrive at eleven at night and nobody is paid to answer them.
One mini app, one rich menu, one message at the right time
Booking happens inside LINE, in a page that already knows who she is. Nothing to install, nothing to remember, no password. A guest we have seen before goes menu → artist → time → confirm; a first-timer answers three questions once and never sees them again.
Every menu item has a cycle — four weeks for a gel set, three for lash extensions, six for a lash lift, none for a bridal set. At the cycle, the bot writes to that one guest, in her artist's name, with her actual last design attached and the fill priced against the new set. That is a different act from a broadcast, and it reads like one.
LINE lets you reply free for 24 hours after a guest messages you. Where that window is open the reminder is a free reply; where it is not, it joins one batched push at an hour you choose. We will not tell you a push is free — it is not — which is why campaigns go to a segment and never to everyone. The arithmetic is here.
“My gel keeps lifting after a week” is not a booking request. The bot asks which fingers go first, explains what that usually means, writes the answer onto the guest record so the artist reads it before the guest arrives — and only then offers a free fifteen-minute consult. It answers from your own knowledge, and when it cannot, it hands over to a person with the whole conversation attached rather than guessing.
Booking is the easy half
Every booking tool fills tomorrow. This one is built to fill week six. If you are choosing between this and Salon Booking Pro, this table is the whole decision.
| The job | How it is done | Which product |
|---|---|---|
| Getting tomorrow booked | Both do this. Menus, staff calendars, changes and cancellations in the chat. | Both |
| Getting week six booked | A cycle per menu item, and a message written to one guest at her own interval, in her artist's name, with her last design attached. | Only here |
| Knowing who is drifting | A lapse segment that fills itself: guests a set number of weeks past their own cycle, not past a single salon-wide number. | Only here |
| Rewarding the fifth visit | A member card inside LINE — visits, points, tiers and a birthday offer — rather than a paper card in a handbag. | Only here |
| Holding a decision open | Tentative appointments: three candidate times held for 24 hours, then released without anybody chasing. | Only here |
| Charts, formulas and treatment records | A salon that needs a colour formula and a clinical record per client wants the e-chart product, not this one. | Salon Booking Pro |
| Deposits and prepayment | Taking money at the point of booking is the booking product's job. This one holds a deposit field and stops there. | Salon Booking Pro |
Both bots share one LINE connection and one friend list, so running them together is a supported answer rather than a fudge — but most salons want one of them, and the row you cared about above tells you which.
What it does
Twelve things, each with the mechanism written down. If a claim here has no mechanism, treat it as marketing.
A repeat guest goes menu → artist → time → confirm and is done, because the mini app already knows who she is from LINE. First-timers answer the form once and never see it again — repeaters skip the form is a switch in the panel, not a custom build.
Each artist has working hours, a menu list and an optional nomination fee. The diary only ever offers a time somebody who can do that menu item is actually on shift for, and the fee is shown before the guest confirms, not after.
The guest who has to check with someone else picks a design and the diary holds three times for 24 hours. She confirms one and the other two release themselves. Nobody chases her, and nothing sits blocked for a week.
The evening before, and again three hours ahead. Where the guest has messaged inside LINE's 24-hour reply window the reminder is a free reply; where she has not, it joins one batched push sent at an hour you choose. Same reminder, a fraction of the LINE bill.
Every menu item carries a cycle — a gel set four weeks, a lash lift six, a bridal set none. At the cycle the bot writes to that guest alone, in her artist's name, with her actual last design attached. This is the feature the product exists for.
A card inside LINE with the visit count and the point balance on it. Points accrue per ¥100 at a rate you set, tiers are named by you, and the guest can show it at the counter without hunting through a handbag.
A birthday offer in her birthday month, and a lapse message once she is a set number of weeks past her own cycle. Both go to a segment, never to everyone — which is the difference between one push per lapsed guest and one push per friend.
Photographs filed against the guest, not against the salon. The bot can answer "what did I have last time" with the picture and the artist's note, so the shape does not drift across three visits and two artists.
The same flow as an ordinary web page, linkable from Instagram or a poster. She books first and is invited to add the account afterwards, which converts far better than demanding the friend-add up front.
The guest picks a salon and only ever sees the artists who work there. One LINE Official Account, one rich menu, one friend list — three diaries.
Google Calendar two-way per artist, Zoom for a design consultation, a smart lock that issues a door code with the confirmation, and sync with an outside booking site. Each shows its real connection state; nothing here claims to be connected when it is not.
It answers "my gel keeps lifting" with two questions and a recommendation, writes what it learned onto the guest record, and only then offers a time. Anything it cannot answer from your own knowledge goes to a person with the whole conversation attached.
How to start
Four steps, and the trial clock does not start until the last one.
The setup session is free and online. Bring the page from your current booking site, or a photograph of the price list on the wall — either is enough for us to build the menu with you.
Try it as a guest
Four real conversations. The left half is her phone; the right half is what the salon gets out of the same conversation.
Scripted, and running on the nail & eyelash template — the full-page version is the same four scenarios with more room. Type something off-script and watch it hand over to a person instead of inventing an answer.
What the guest actually sees
Ten screens, friend-add to confirmation. Screens three and nine disappear for a guest we already know.
Friend-add from the QR on your counter, from Instagram, or from the link in a reply.
Book, My card, Gallery, Reschedule — always on screen, never a menu to hunt for.
Only shown when the business has more than one. Artists filter to that salon immediately.
Grouped the way the salon groups it — Nails, Lashes, Care — with the price and the length on every line.
What it is, how long it holds, the gallery of real work, and the nomination fee if there is one.
Nomination fee shown before it is charged. "Whoever is free" is always an option, and always cheaper.
A month at a time. Days nobody who can do this is working are greyed out rather than hidden.
Real starts, computed from the artist's shift and the length of the menu item — not a fixed grid.
A guest we already know goes straight past this. A first-timer answers three questions once.
Confirm now, or hold three candidate times for 24 hours while you check the day with someone else.
Wireframes, not screenshots — real captures replace these once a salon has published and agreed to be shown.

Options
| Option | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Shared chat inbox | ¥1,000/mo | A staff inbox for the conversations the bot hands over, so two people can answer without stepping on each other. |
| Booking-site sync | ¥3,000/mo | Two-way sync with an outside booking site, so one diary cannot sell a slot the other has already taken. |
| Smart lock | ¥2,000/mo | For unmanned salons. A door code is issued with the confirmation and expires with the appointment. |
| Member card upgrade | ¥4,000/mo | Tiers, point expiry, referral credit and a printable fallback card. The base card is already in Studio. |
| Homepage build | ¥8,000/mo | A one-page site fed by the same menus and gallery, for salons whose only web presence is Instagram. |
| Additional salon | ¥2,000/mo | A fourth salon and beyond, each with its own artists and diary under the same account. |
| +1,000 AI replies | ¥1,000/mo | On top of what the plan includes. Scripted answers — a menu tap, a confirmation — never count as AI replies. |
All option prices exclude tax. Options marked here are proposals against the shared options list until the marketplace catalogue is updated; ask us before budgeting for one.
One payment covering the menu import, the first pass of your knowledge base, the rich menu composed in your colours, and a live session while you publish. Post about your launch on social media, send us the link, and we waive it. We would rather have a real post from a real salon than the margin.
Excl. tax. One-off, not a renewal.
Nobody can bundle it. Replies inside the 24-hour window and greetings are free; reminders that fall outside it, broadcasts and lapse campaigns are pushes and draw down your LINE quota. A salon with a few hundred friends and quota-smart reminders on usually sits inside the free Communication plan — the calculator estimates yours.
Our subscription is separate and is the figure above.
Built for these
Same product, different clocks. The vocabulary and the cycle change with the template.
Fills, lash fills and lash lifts each run on their own clock — four weeks, three weeks, six. The bot keeps three cycles straight for one guest.
Courses sold in blocks and used one visit at a time. The reminder is what stops a ten-visit course dying at visit four.
Root retouch at five weeks, cut at six, perm at twelve. Nomination and the shift calendar do the rest.
A first birthday, then a seventh, then a graduation. The cycle is measured in months, and nobody remembers it unaided.
A six-week groom that slides to ten is a matted coat. The nudge is a welfare feature as much as a sales one.
Case studies
Templates. Every figure is a placeholder until a real salon supplies and approves it.
repeat rate — Guests were drifting from four weeks to eight and nobody had time to chase them. The cycle reminder now goes out in the artist's name with the last design attached.
no-shows — One artist, no receptionist, and a phone that rang during treatments. Booking moved into LINE and the two reminders replaced the phone entirely.
after-hours bookings — Nobody on the door and nobody on the phone. The door code arrives with the confirmation, and 24-hour booking is the whole business model rather than a nice extra.

Thirty days, starting the day you connect LINE.
Build the menu, set the cycles and compose the rich menu first — none of that spends a trial day. The clock starts when a real guest can book.
