Four conversations at Nail Atelier Mimi
Pick a scenario. The phone on the left is the guest's; the panel on the right is what the salon gets out of the same conversation — four numbers and a log. Neither half makes the argument on its own.
Scripted, running on the nail & eyelash template with two artists, Rin and Sae. Type something off-script and it hands over to a person with a summary rather than inventing an answer — that is the real behaviour, not a demo limitation.
What each one is showing you
The cycle reminder. Four weeks after a gel set, in Rin's name, with the last design attached and the fill priced against the new set. Notice what happens when she says "not this week": the bot re-learns her interval instead of repeating itself.
A tentative appointment. Two qualifying questions, a real quote, then three candidate times held for 24 hours across three different days so she can check with her sister. Confirm one and the other two release themselves.
A consult, not a booking. One question narrows the cause, the explanation is the salon's own, and what it learns is written to the guest record so the artist reads it before the guest arrives.
The message that would otherwise be a phone call at 09:45. It checks the buffer to the next guest, offers the honest options including cancelling, and states the fee before she picks.
