The diary answers at 21:30, when people actually decide.
Every booking writes the chart. Nobody types up cards after close.
Three taps to book. No training day, no manual.
¥9,800/mo covers every stylist and every booking they take.
What a salon week actually looks like
Every one of these is a job the diary could be doing instead.
- Three booking sites, three logins, and the same Saturday sold twice.
- The phone rings while your hands are in someone's colour.
- Nobody can book after you close, which is exactly when people decide to.
- The chart is a paper card in a drawer, and the stylist who wrote it has left.
- Regulars mean to come back and then simply do not, and nobody notices for four months.
- Staff schedules live on a whiteboard, so nobody can answer "is Aya free Thursday?" from home.
- Asking for a deposit feels rude, so you absorb the no-shows instead.
Booking → payment → chart → follow-up, automated
The four things that happen around every appointment, joined up, so none of them is a job someone has to remember at the end of a shift.
Fill the form to see the estimate.
An estimate from your own numbers, not a claim about your salon. It counts only the time on the phone and on booking-site admin — it does not count the appointments nobody could make because you were closed, which is usually the larger number.
Twelve things it does
Each one is a mechanism, not an adjective. If you cannot tell how it would work, we have written it badly.
Each stylist has their own diary, their own hours and their own list of menus they take. A menu holds its length plus a buffer, so a 3-hour perm can never be sold into a 90-minute gap and a client is never offered someone who does not do perms.
A client moves or cancels in the same thread they booked in, at any hour. The released slot is offered to the waitlist immediately, so a cancellation at 21:30 is often filled before you open.
Sent in LINE's free reply window for anyone who has messaged you recently, and as one batched push for everyone else. The panel shows the split, so what you set and what LINE bills you for are visible in one place.
Formula, notes and before-and-after photographs per visit, filled in at the basin rather than typed up later. The client gets the client-safe half in LINE after the visit, which is also the most-opened message this bot sends.
Allergies, chemistry history and consent, asked once and stored on the chart rather than the appointment — so a returning client is never asked twice, and the stylist reads it before the client sits down.
A prepaid count of visits with an expiry, sold in the chat and drawn down automatically at the till. The balance sits in the client's LINE, which is what makes them use it before it expires.
A fixed amount or a percentage, taken at booking through the engine's checkout and deducted on the day. Cancel before your deadline and it is returned in full, automatically, without an awkward conversation.
The aftercare offer goes out against the menu the client actually had — bond repair after a perm, not after a fringe trim. It is a message they can act on from the train home, and stock counts down as it sells.
Hot Pepper Beauty and the like, connected through the engine so their bookings close your slots and yours close theirs. Nothing is claimed as connected until the Connect button comes back green.
Each member of staff connects their own calendar. A dentist appointment they block out there closes the slot here within a minute; a booking here lands in their calendar with the menu and the client's name.
An embeddable availability board that writes into the same diary as LINE. One diary is the whole point: two booking systems on one salon is how the same chair gets sold twice.
Turns "a soft perm, not too short" into a menu, a price and the stylist who does that particular thing well; triages "my scalp's been itchy" into a treatment plus a note for the stylist; refuses to diagnose, and hands to a person with a summary the moment it stops being a booking.
Live in a week or less
We import your menus from your website, so the first thing you see is a draft to correct rather than an empty form.
Your thirty days start when you connect LINE, not when you sign up — so building it costs you nothing but the afternoon.
Play it yourself
Four conversations from Salon Lumière, a three-stylist salon. The left is the client's phone; the right is what the salon gets out of the same conversation. Type something off-script and watch it hand over rather than guess.

| Option | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| External booking-site sync | ¥3,000/mo | One connection per site. Hot Pepper Beauty, Minimo and the rest go through the engine's connector: their bookings appear in your diary and yours close their slots, so the same chair cannot be sold twice. |
| Web booking board | ¥2,000/mo | An availability board you paste into your own website. It writes into the same diary as LINE, which is the only reason it is safe to run both. |
| Google Calendar sync | ¥1,000/mo | Two-way, per member of staff. A busy block in their calendar closes the slot here within a minute; a booking here appears in theirs with the menu and the client's name. |
| Done-for-you setup | ¥50,000 once | We import your menus and staff from your existing website or booking site, write the concierge's notes with you, and sit with you while you publish. Optional — the trial does the same job for free if you have an afternoon. |
Your LINE Official Account plan. LINE bills you directly. Replies inside the conversation window and greetings are free; reminders and broadcasts are push messages and draw down your LINE quota. Two reminders on 200 bookings a month is at most 400 pushes — inside LINE's Light plan. The pricing page estimates yours.
Card processing. Charged by the payment provider at its own published rate when you take deposits or sell products. We take no commission on top.
Eight trades, one diary
The vocabulary changes with the trade — a clinic has patients and a school has learners, and the bot says so. Pick one to see what it calls things.

Case studies
Placeholders until each merchant has signed off their own figures. We will not print a number a business has not confirmed.
A two-instructor studio moved lesson booking off the phone and onto LINE. Replace this with the merchant's own numbers and a quote before publishing.
Deposits plus a same-day reminder, on a salon that had never asked for a deposit before. Replace with the merchant's figures once the case study is signed off.
Class booking and a ticket book in LINE, at a studio whose front desk closes at 20:00. Replace with the merchant's figures once the case study is signed off.
Run it for your clients, under one account
Manage several salon workspaces from one login, with your branding on the builder and one invoice. You configure, they publish; the export button stays theirs.
Margin, minimum volume and the partner agreement are agreed case by case. Ask us for the current terms.
- One console across every client workspace
- Your branding on the builder your client uses
- A single monthly invoice instead of one per salon
- The same export button for your client, always
We do not offer a white label that hides who runs the engine. Your client should know whose infrastructure holds their clients' charts.
Questions salons actually ask
Thirty days. The clock starts when you connect LINE.
Build the diary, import the menus, write the concierge's notes — none of that costs you a trial day. The trial is for judging it in front of real clients.
