Quiz & Diagnosis · for LINE Official Account

Let friends find their own recommendation.

Build a branching quiz by dragging lines, run it inside LINE, end on the right course or plan, and label every friend by their result. So the next thing you send is about them.

¥9,800/mo 30-day free trial No minimum term excl. tax

Works with your existing LINE Official Account, alongside the bots already on it — a quiz here does not take over the webhook.

The three dotted figures are placeholders. They stay dotted until the owner confirms a number they can stand behind — we would rather show you a gap than a figure we made up.

What it is like now

Five things merchants say before they build their first quiz.

  • Every broadcast reads like an advertisement, because we know nothing about any one friend on the list.
  • We put forty products in front of a first-time guest and she chooses none of them.
  • Making campaign content is a week of somebody’s time, and it runs for four days.
  • The survey tool we tried has no idea which LINE friend filled it in, so the answers go nowhere.
  • Nobody here opens LINE in the evening, so a question at 22:40 waits until the morning.

Question → branch → result → label

That is the whole model. Everything else on this page is a detail of one of those four.

Question up to 4 image choices Answer: dry next question, or a result Answer: oily next question, or a result Result card, copy, one button Result card, copy, one button Label
The canvas

Cards on a grid, one per question and one per result. Drag a card to move it, or select it and use the arrow keys. Each answer carries a Goes to menu naming what comes next, so wiring a branch never needs a mouse. A dangling answer draws in red and blocks publishing.

The talk screen

The same flow, played inside LINE as a LIFF screen: progress along the top, image choices as tiles, and the result as a card with one button. Nothing to install, and no push messages consumed — it is all reply traffic.

The result list

Every finished quiz lands here as it happens: the friend, the result, the label, the answers they gave. Filter by label, export as CSV, and open the chat with any of them. This is the part a survey tool cannot do, because it never knew who was answering.

What is in it

Eleven things, each with the mechanism it uses — because “powerful quiz engine” tells you nothing.

Branch by wiring answers, not by writing rules

Each answer names the question or result it leads to, from a menu on the card or by dragging the line across the canvas. The editor refuses to publish while any answer still points at nothing, so a friend can never reach a dead end.

It runs in the talk screen, with nothing to install

The quiz opens as a LIFF screen from the rich menu, inside LINE. No app, no account, no password — and because it is a reply inside the conversation window, running it costs you no push messages at all.

Every path ends on one thing they can act on

A result is a card: title, your own copy, an image, and one button that goes to a course, a product, a plan or a web address. Not a score out of ten, and not a list of everything you sell.

A label on every friend who finishes

The result writes a label — dry-sensitive, pore-care — against that friend, and the result list fills as people answer. Sending a message to a label is Segment Campaigns, a separate bot; this one collects the labels.

The answers stay, so the next conversation starts further along

Every friend’s answers are kept against them and shown to your staff beside the chat, so a therapist reading the chart already knows the guest said her skin stings. Export the lot as CSV whenever you want it.

Twelve templates that already speak your trade

Skin type, hair concern, gift finder, wine and sake match, class level, home style, wedding style, pet food, study plan, chocolate picker, coffee roast, fitness goal. Each arrives with real questions and plausible results, so you are editing a draft rather than facing an empty canvas.

Generate the whole quiz from what you already have

Hand it a catalogue CSV, the address of a page on your site, or a sentence describing what you sell. It writes the questions, wires the branches and drafts the result copy. Nothing publishes itself — you edit every word first.

It answers the question that comes after the result

“Is the serum all right for sensitive skin?” is answered from the notes on that result and that product, and nowhere else. Where the notes stop, it says so and hands the guest to a therapist with the answers attached.

One email when somebody asks, silence when they simply finish

Notifications default to inquiries only, so four hundred completed quizzes on a campaign night send you nothing and the one guest asking about pregnancy safety sends you an email. One email per thread, however many times she writes.

A result image she can put on her story

The share card is drawn in the browser from your brand colours and her result — 1080 × 1920 or square — and saved to her camera roll. It never claims she endorsed anything; it says what her result was.

Ask for contact details only where it is worth the drop

An optional form before the result, with the fields you choose and a consent checkbox that records when it was ticked and how to withdraw. It is off by default, because every field you add costs you completions.

Your LINE plan is separate, and a quiz costs nothing against it. LINE bills you directly for your Official Account. Quiz traffic is reply traffic inside the conversation window, and replies are free on every LINE plan — only messages you send first draw down your quota. The pricing page estimates which LINE plan you need.
