Rich menu composer
One LINE account gets one rich menu. Every bot you enable contributes cells to it, and you decide the order.
Six cells, shared
A rich menu is a 2×3 or 1×3 grid of tappable cells at the bottom of the chat. There is one per Official Account — not one per bot — so the composer collects the cells each enabled bot offers and you arrange them.
One cell is reserved for Talk to us by default, which opens a plain conversation. Merchants who remove it usually put it back.
What a cell can do
- Open a LIFF page — a calendar, a cart, a quiz.
- Send a message on the customer’s behalf, which the bot then answers.
- Open a URL.
The image
Rendered for you in your brand colours from the labels and icons you choose, then uploaded to LINE. You never open an image editor. Re-publishing after a change replaces it.
Ordering
Cells are dragged into order. Put the thing you want most in the top-left: it is the cell people tap without reading.
