AI bots for your LINE account.
Live in a day.
Booking, ordering, shops, quizzes and campaigns — one connection to LINE, any number of bots, and every one an AI concierge that answers free text and hands off to a person when it should.

Three bots most businesses start with.
Every bot in the marketplace
Nine bots, each modelled on a proven LINE Marketplace app, all running on one engine.
Four steps, one afternoon
The same flow whether you publish one bot or nine.
Logo, colours, corner radius, light or dark. The preview repaints as you type, so you see the LINE screen your customers will see before you commit to anything.
The template arrives already speaking your trade — a hotel gets guests, stays and plans, not customers, bookings and menus. Then you correct it rather than write it.
One connection at the workspace level. Every bot you add becomes a cell on the same rich menu, behind the same webhook.
Four tiles that say what the bot actually produced: customers identified, data captured, bookings made, calls avoided.
One connection, many bots
A LINE Official Account accepts only one Marketplace extension at a time — so the connection belongs to your workspace, and the bots are capabilities inside it.
Running a second Messaging API integration alongside a Marketplace extension is not recommended by LINE, and only one extension can be attached at a time. Designing each bot as if it owned the account would make the second bot impossible — so none of them do.
Every bot is an AI concierge
Beyond its structured job, each bot does these four things. The transcripts are from the car-accessories demo — the same four behaviours appear in all twenty industries.
An inspection expiring in six weeks, a colour six weeks old, a membership with no check-in for 21 days. The bot reaches out first with something specific and useful, and carries it straight to a booking.
“Hi Kenji! Your Prius inspection expires 10/18. Want a quote now and a slot before the rush?”
A car model, a party size, a budget and a date. One sentence from the customer becomes a matched, priced, bookable offer without a form.
“Freed 2020, winter tires” → “185/65R15. In stock: 3 sets. Standard ¥52,800 fitted, premium ¥68,800.”
Customers do not describe problems in your categories. They say something is wrong. The bot narrows it with two or three questions, gives a safe answer, books the right thing and writes a note for whoever handles it.
“there’s a weird noise when I brake” → squeal / grind / clunk → “grinding usually means worn pads. A 20-minute brake check is free — shall I book one?”
Stock, wait times, prices, opening hours, whether you are open on a public holiday. The questions that eat an hour of someone’s morning are answered the moment they are asked.
“how long is the wait for an oil change right now?” → “About 35 minutes, 2 cars ahead. Want me to hold the next bay at 18:10?”
Twenty industries, one engine
Each template arrives speaking its own trade. Open any of them — they are all interactive.
Pricing
One workspace plan covers your bots. Each bot is also sold on its own.
Questions
Your LINE account already has the customers. Give it something to say.
Build a bot in an afternoon, try it for 30 days, and cancel in one click if it does not earn its keep.
