Bookings in LINE, without the fuss.
For one-person workshops, small teams and front desks. Set your slots and capacity, connect LINE, and let the bot book, answer and remind.
Trial days start when you connect LINE, not when you sign up. Card details are asked for at the end, or never.
Six shapes of business this fits
It is the same bot in all six. What changes is what you call the thing being booked out.
You are the mechanic, the receptionist and the person who forgot to write Thursday down. The bot takes the booking while your hands are inside an engine bay.
Two bays, three mechanics and a courtesy car are three resources, not three diaries. Each one stops selling when it is full, and nobody has to tell the others.
A weekend tire-fitting event with eight slots an hour. Set the capacity, publish the menu, take it down on Monday. Nothing to unwind.
Closed Wednesdays, short Saturdays, shut for two days at New Year. Irregular days beat the weekly pattern, so the bot never offers a slot you are shut for.
¥1,500 a month is less than one oil change. If the shop does not take off, the thing you cancel is not the expensive part of the month.
The company car, the meeting room, the kiln, the lift in bay 1. The same slot-and-capacity model works when the customer is a colleague.
What we kept hearing
Five sentences, said to us in some form by nearly every shop that had given up on a booking system.
- Setting up a booking system takes a week I do not have, and I would have to learn it before I could use it.
- Whatever I choose, someone has to run it every day — and that someone is me, between jobs.
- Two of us take bookings and neither can see the other's. Twice this month the same bay was sold twice.
- Half my day is four messages back and forth to agree a time that was free the whole time.
- What is on the market either costs more than the bookings are worth, or bills me per booking.
Two ways to take a booking. You need one of them.
Both take the same slots, the same capacities, the same questions and the same reminders. The only difference is whether anything opens.
Simple mode — the menu list is the interface
The list arrives as cards inside the conversation. Tap a menu, tap a time, answer the question, done. Nothing opens, nothing installs, and it works on the oldest phone your customers own.
Pick this if your hours are short and your menu is short. Most solo shops never move off it.
Business-hours mode — a booking page with a calendar
A month view opens inside LINE, free hours in green, and the question form sits at the bottom of it. Better when you are open twelve hours a day and a guest wants to compare next Tuesday with the Tuesday after.
Switch between the two whenever you like. Bookings already made are not affected.
Eight things it does
Each one is here because a booking breaks without it. Nothing on this list is a "and it also".
Set opening hours once and mark the irregular days; the bot generates every start time from the hours and the length of the menu, so it can never offer a slot you are shut for. Change a Wednesday and every future Wednesday changes with it.
A menu carries how many it sells at once — three cars in the quick-service bay, one on the lift. The slot stops selling at that number and says so, rather than accepting a fourth booking and leaving you to phone someone back.
A resource is anything that can only be in one place: a mechanic, a bay, a courtesy car, a kiln. Menus are booked against a resource, so two menus sharing a lift cannot both sell the same hour.
One confirmation when the booking is made and one at 19:00 the night before. The confirmation goes inside LINE's free reply window; the day-before reminders are batched into a single push, so the LINE bill stays a rounding error.
Up to eight questions asked at the moment of booking — which vehicle, do you need the courtesy car. The answers arrive on the job sheet, so the mechanic starts at the brakes instead of starting at the beginning.
A booking taken in LINE writes a busy block into the calendar within seconds; a block you write in the calendar hides the slot. Nothing but busy and free is read, and disconnecting leaves the bookings untouched.
One tap renders the free slots for the next seven days onto a square image you can post to Instagram or X. It is drawn from the same availability the bot is selling, so a full slot cannot appear on a poster as an empty one.
It answers "is Thursday evening still open", "which menu suits a first winter", "can I bring two cars" from the shop's own notes, and takes the change or the cancellation itself. Asked anything it cannot source, it hands to a person with the thread attached rather than guessing.
Three steps to a working bot
The long part is deciding your prices, and you already know those.
Sign up, pick car accessories or whichever trade is yours, and the panel arrives already filled in with plausible menus, hours and prices. You are correcting a draft, not staring at an empty table.
One connection, at the workspace level. Your free trial starts here, not at sign-up, so the building you have just done costs you none of the thirty days.
Correct the menus, set the capacity per slot, choose Simple or Business hours, and turn the rich menu on. Publishing is refused while anything in the panel is wrong, and it tells you which field.
Play it
Car Pit Sakuradai, a two-bay inspection and accessories shop. Four conversations, the real slot and capacity rules underneath, and on the right what the shop gets out of each one.
Demo data — no backend connected. Open the full-screen demo or see the same engine in nineteen other trades.
What the customer actually sees
Seven screens, in order, from the rich menu to the cancellation.
The shared rich menu carries two cells for this bot: Book and My bookings. One toggle publishes them in your brand colours.
Simple mode: the list arrives as cards in the conversation. Nothing opens, nothing installs, and it works on a phone that has never seen a browser.
Only the starts that fit inside your hours and the menu's length. A slot at capacity shows as full instead of quietly disappearing.
The question form. Up to eight, asked once, answered by tapping or typing. The answers travel with the booking.
Sent immediately, inside the free reply window. Carries the time, the price, what to bring and how to change it.
Batched with the rest of the day's reminders into a single push, so a hundred bookings do not cost a hundred messages.
No login, no phone call, no email. The slot goes back on sale as the guest taps, and the waitlist is told before the public list is.
Limits and price
The limits are the honest part of a cheap product, so they are the table rather than the footnote.
| Limit | Simple — ¥1,500/mo | Business hours — ¥3,000/mo |
|---|---|---|
| Registered friends | unlimited | unlimited |
| Admin accounts | unlimited | unlimited |
| Bookings per month | unlimited | unlimited |
| Live menus | 20 | 20 |
| Draft menus | 30 | 30 |
| Resources (staff, rooms, equipment) | 3 | 10 |
| Questions asked at booking | up to 3 questions | up to 8 questions |
| Reminders | on booking and the day before | on booking and the day before |
| Booking page with a calendar | Not in this plan | LIFF calendar, month view |
| Google Calendar sync | Not in this plan | two-way, real time |
| Waitlist on a full slot | Not in this plan | included |
All prices exclude consumption tax. No setup fee, no minimum term, no commission on bookings and no per-booking charge — a busy month costs the same as a quiet one. Pay by card monthly, or by invoice annually.
Your LINE Official Account plan is billed by LINE, not by us, and nobody can include it. Confirmations go inside LINE's free reply window; day-before reminders are batched into one push. The pricing page estimates which LINE plan that puts you on.
We have proposed a +10 menus option at ¥1,000/mo for shops that outgrow twenty. It is not in the catalogue yet, so it is not something you can buy today — the twenty-menu limit is real until it is.
- Additional location — a second shop with its own staff, hours and stock, under one workspace
- External booking-site sync — so an outside site and this one cannot double-book the same bay
- +1,000 AI replies — only the concierge's model-generated answers count; a menu tap does not
- Done-for-you setup — we import the menus, write the first pass of your notes and publish it with you
Prices for these are on the pricing page, where they are shared across every bot.
Trades it already speaks
Pick one at sign-up and the panel arrives filled in with that trade's nouns, menus and plausible prices.
Not listed? The model is slots, capacity and a resource, which is trade-agnostic — start from the closest one and rename it. All twenty industries.

Questions
Grouped, because the question a shop owner has before signing up is not the one they have in month three.
Thirty days, and the clock starts when you connect LINE.
Build the menus, set the hours and test it in the simulator first. None of that spends a trial day, and you can decide with real customers in front of you.
Scan to add the demo shop as a friend and book a slot yourself, in your own LINE. Until the account is published, the demo above is the same conversation.
